Communication was excellent. We arrived late and the host had left us water, juice beer and biscuits in the fridge. A really nice gesture. Beds were so comfortable.

We really enjoyed the stay at Kostas. The location is 3-5min away from the main Faliraki restaurants street and the beach is 5 minutes from that. Shop is just across the street also if you want there is 3 pools (with food and drinks bars) with a free entry just outside of Kostas place. If you like to go by bus, the stops are really near, for example the stop from and to airport is 5-7minutes away so even with bigger luggage as we had (20kg checked in bag) was no issue. But the actual apartment is really good - we were pleasantly surprised that the photos matched the actual place. We stayed for 4 nights and we still got a cleaning service which was not necessary, but we valued the detail. If you are looking for a clean, modernish place with a exceptional location if you are interested visiting other beaches or towns outside Faliraki - this is very good value. Also - the Delux apartment has a really big and functional balcony!

We love it. It close to Rhodes city and only 5 min walk to beach. Nektaria is very helpful and answer all your questions. Jacuzzi was superb cooling relax after sunny beach. Good AC and wifi. Also bathroom was fine. We cooked and the kitchen and fridge was very ok for us family of 5 for 7 days. I was very hot every day so the outdoor shower and indoor AC was really helpful. Transport also organised to airport. Perfect defo recommending. We also get welcome water and two beers. Nice.

Checked in late as got boat over from marmaris to see family. My phone had broke from being in the sea and had no way to contact hotel to check in as it is not 24 hour check in which is understandable, however they sent a what’s app confirming all check in details and the hotel across the road helped us out massively from getting in contact with owner. Room was big, spacious and clean. Thank you again☺️

Kind host, good facilities, comfortable bed. Close to the beach (8 minutes walk), easy parking, close to the bus stop (5 minutes walk). Very good restaurants nearby, shop within walking distance, convenience store opposite the accommodation. Quiet neighborhood.

Spacious studio apartment with everything you need for a peaceful stay.

I liked the hotel. It was clean, all the amenities, refrigerator, kettle, stove, dishes, air conditioning, nice balcony. The hostess was friendly. The room was cleaned every day in our absence. There are many cafes and a shop nearby, there is a cafe with a swimming pool where admission is free. The beach is 8 minutes away, you can take sun loungers or there is a separate place to lie down. The sea is very good, there were sometimes small waves. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday.

My husband and I were on holiday in June 2025. The hostess, Nektaria, met us, took us to the apartment, and handed us the keys. A smiling, pleasant woman, answered all our questions and helped when necessary. The apartments are in a very good location, everything is within walking distance, the beach, shops, cafes, the center, bus stops are all nearby. Despite the proximity of all infrastructure, the room is very quiet. Special thanks to Nektaria for maintaining cleanliness, regular cleaning, changing linen and towels.

Clean and spacious, air conditioning was excellent as was the shower. Beds was very comfortable, my son stayed in the studio next door as was just as impressed.

It was great pleasure for us to stay in Kostas Studios by its owner Nekaria! Thanks a lot for everything! It was so comfortable and cosy in our studio, because we had all nessessarities what people need! It's close to the nice beach of Faliraki, to the AB market and bus stops. So i'd really recommend to book here by Nekaria's Kostas Studios!
